Now that the russians are in an all out retreat and ukraine seems content letting them escape, this is really putin's decision to turn around and war crime more or just slip back into his own country.

Perhaps I'm just in a "mood," but I think it would be great if NATO simply set a reasonable date and told the entire world that if Putin didn't retreat entirely from Ukraine by that date, that NATO will go in to remove Russia from the Ukraine.  We should also tell the World that if Russia nukes us, we are nuking anyone who failed to align against Russia. 

Then we see if Russia wants to tangle with China. I mean, NATO would absolutely CRUSH Russia (with or without nukes), but it would be fun to see Russia's military leadership decide whether they wanted to die for Putin.

Hopefully there are no Pete’s running US foreign policy.

The U.S. continues to pour weapons into Ukraine and hasn't done much of anything on the diplomacy front.

Still openly touting and hoping for a prolonged bloody conflict.

40 days in, and still dead set on fighting Vlad Putin til the last Ukrainian.

I keep thinking to myself "All this bloodshed stops if one man, just one man, says that it should stop." All destruction of hospitals, the bombing of evacuees at train stations, kids, babies....if only that one person would just say "let's stop killing."

I really boggles the mind that one human would have the power to wreck so many lives.

putin has a lust for war/killing babies and he is not satiated yet.  Maybe he has a tally  he needs for dead innocents that will satisfy him and he will keep getting his ass kicked/dominated until he can spray enough bombs at soft targets to hit the mark?

These "journalists" keep talking about Russian shelling, when there's numerous accounts of the Ukrainians being unable to properly target the enemy, and the friendly fire reports are pouring in about the Ukrainian military.   Including one making the rounds right now about a photo-op gone bad.

Again, anyone who takes these reports of war crimes and "genocide" at face value is a massive derp.

There's a growing trend of these alleged reports always coming from the Ukrainian Nazi units as well.

Rumblings that Ukraine (country without navy) may have badly damaged a Russian cruiser (very large, expensive ship) in the Black Sea using a land-based missile. If confirmed, this is another level of dumb for Russia.

A MOAB has a big enough blast radius that accuracy doesn't really matter. Just lob it across the border and stick your fingers in your ears.
