Frank has to drop 100 on them both games.  It's not Doc's fault, but I bet he understands.   :embarrassed:

There's not much opportunity for the fans to really get after Nebraska at the football game that everyone's saying is gonna be all hate-awesome.  The hoops game is gonna be where it's at.

Nah, their football fans can be choked out easily enough.  I'm talking about our fans doing stuff that'll be impactful on the game and/or be witnessed on TV.

Nebby fans always complained about Missouri's bags of piss.... they will wish they had bags of piss thrown on them after their trip to Ames this fall.

Haverhill, You are aware that your golden boy is a direct descendant of Husker Hoops greatness, right? I'm sure Fred would appreciate his Hoiowan backers giving a warm welcome to the empire his granpappy helped build.

"Hoiberg, 37, is a former ISU star who is embarking on his first coaching job. His grandfather, Jerry Bush, was the basketball coach at Nebraska from 1954 through 1962.

At Hoiberg's introductory press conference, he referenced a picture hanging in his basement of Bush, with him posing while winking and pointing.

The image, Hoiberg said, gave him the feeling his grandfather was saying, “It's your turn.''

How about the crucial "T" that he decided to take in our game vs. them in the OOD? Talk about returning the favor. in niceness....

I must admit, there is a small part of me that hopes we can play NU late in the season like ISU last year and give Doc a much needed win like we did for McDermott in a meaningless game for us.

GOOSEBUMPS!!!   But I don't understand what Doc meant when he said, "I grew up in Arkansas, so I know what it means to wear 'Nebraska' on the front of your jersey."   :dunno:

Think the Aztecs/Mayans/Whatever got it right when in comes to the year 2012.  When Sadler and Carmody shake hands during pre-game, the world will probably come to an end.

_FAN, cassidy wants that picture of Doc in fatigues for some reason.  If you do it and send it to him there is a Ron Prince autograph in it for me (fine, it can stay at your house in even numbered years).  So, that should be motivation to get this ball rolling.
