So, wife is out of town for a Bachelorette party and the kiddo is with the parents for an overnight. I’m literally sitting @ home right now with one screwdriver in. All the boys are busy and I have unlimited Uber rewards. What do I do? Poker at the casino? Get blasted and watch the KSU-KU baseball game from home, invent something, etc.? What would you do?

In a couple of weeks Mrs. Hamburg is taking the kids on a week long trip trough Kansas to see her dad & grandmas. I’ll probably just be at the office until 8-9 every night.

Wife is already back home already. Bachelorette is already having a mini meltdown over people backing out due to the weather for their events today. House smells like black and milds already and she’s agreed not to shame me for the next 24 hours. They’re making there way to the elms here soon. I’m supposed to MC this wedding in like a month & I give it a 50/50 shot of that happening at this rate.

Nah, heading up in about an hour. Gonna grab some dinner there and hit the tables.

I haven't been in a year but my buddy says it's back to precovid times, no masks/distancing etc.

  I’m not sure I know what to do at a casino without being able to play poker. That really sucks it’s no t an option right now.

So I met @Benji last night at Harrah’s because they had the poker rooms open. Him and his boys were playing craps and I was on the wait list for the poker room. I had been PAK’ing all day and smoking cigars and my throat had gotten a little groggily. Anyways, I’m drinking my beer & watching them play and I chuckled at one of their jokes and ended up spitting my drink all over the table. Humiliated, I immediately ran upstairs to the poker rooms and left the crime scene. I guess Ben Ji said security was looking for me and calling for a man in a purple sweatshirt. They had to shutdown the table for 30 minutes after that for cleanup While security is looking for me, I won a quick $100 at the poker tables, closed my tab, and ubered home. I’m never allowed out in the universe ever again.
