In case you needed a reminder. It is really hard to overstate what a terrible person Trump is.

https://twitter.com/RonFilipkowski/status/1537593263745646593?s=20&t=Ld2v7bF8gQ9tyblqRaE6mA

Edit: Good article about Pence in the days prior to J6. Lol at Trump (the most genius boss of all time) continually surrounding himself with "dumb wimps" who continually double-cross him.

https://thedispatch.com/p/the-pence-pressure-campaign

I will not read anything that attempts to humanize Mike Pence. He's the lion tamer in the circus who had the lion turn on him. If it weren't Mike Pence who was threatened, we wouldn't hear jack crap from him condemning it. If Trump asked Pence to be his running mate again, would any of you bet your own money that he would say no? Do any of you think he will publicly endorse a trump opponent in the primaries? His acceptance and enabling of Trump helped lead to what happened on January 6th. He never has even stated publicly that trump is pushing a lie. He his behind constitutional duty. eff Mike Pence.

Even if it's just his crazy person talk, this is honestly how I took Trump's meaning. Like, "if I'm not your friend any longer, you might not be safe."

Congressional staffers just letting anybody in (as long as they have the right political lean, of course)

Rusty Bowers sounded like he was legit shook by the pressure from pro-Trump people. Feel bad for him.

Stephen Colbert said it the best on January 6th 2021.....to the GOP "Have you had enough, you were warned that letting him lie for years about our democracy, there would be a terrible price to pay, you just never thought you'd have to pay it too, now guess who's followers wanted to burn down the Reichstag."

Rusty Bowers sounded like he was legit shook by the pressure from pro-Trump people. Feel bad for him.

Imagine listening to anything Stephen Colbert says, goodness.  Don't ever admit you're a K-Stater, turnbull.

#blueanon was so tired and so full of warning on  Don Trump the liar, they worked hard to elect . . . Joe Biden.

Hopefully Baby Florida Trump wins the primary and trump goes independent. If that happens, I would hope we get a second independent candidate that is not crazy. Then we can all elect a non-fuckface option.

I am using the #blueanon definition of an insurrection/coup.

Just as I apply the #blueanon definition of a:  Threat to our democracy, equally.

i wonder how many doors they had to break off the hinges and how many windows they had to smash and climb in through and how many barricades they had to break through so that they could peacefully take that sightseeing tour of the WI capitol building. I assume it was several.

So you guys are saying the WI capital police acted like many of the Capital police and just let the protesters in?

This will have to be taken under consideration.

I don't know Wisconsin's rules, but in Kansas you can show up and spectate votes. It's frowned upon to shout at the voters and you will probably be asked to leave, but there isn't anything illegal about it.

So disrupting the legislative process, then?

Oh, hell. Just watched the video and they were protesting out in the entryway. That happens all the time at the Kansas statehouse. It's not disrupting anything, and they probably reserved a date to be there.
