It is purposefully harming the efficiency of our military because a person disagrees with the politics of the person giving the orders.

Especially if those orders are swiftly being handed down from some guy in a suit who has never served even a microsecond of military service and knows exactly fuckall about military strategy and tactics. And even more especially if these orders  are just to score political points and provide no strategic advantage.
