JFC. Can you make it two sentences? If you can't, it sucks (and you suck).
You’re now embarrassed and in lashing out mode

#onbrand

Imagine this virtue signaling anti gun President watching his son’s legal team working in court to get his son’s Federal gun charges tossed on pro second amendment case law that the President thinks is an abomination.

Then imagine coming on here and trying to play the “nothing was filed” card like a huge derp.

When everyone with even a hint of a clue would know that if the before mentioned were to actually occur a whole spectrum of groups would be tearing the Biden’s to shreds.

Instead Deadbeat Dad gets this expunged in 2 years and #blueanon  can derp it up trying to mansplain their little dumb hearts out while nailing the obvious repeatedly and with extreme prejudice.

Dax since you've mentioned it twice now, is Joe opining that the 2A case law you're referring to as abhorrent...is that relevant bc you believe that sons automatically share all opinions as their fathers? Or is it bc that’s the rebuke from a legal genius? (except he’s actually senile and incompetent and always pooping his pants)
(But he’s also an evil genius mastermind)

Dax taking L after L in this thread is great reading. I'm preparing myself for the inevitable wall of Hashtags that he uses for some reason on a website that doesn't actually support the use of hashtags in the way he's trying to use them. This next several months is going to be fun watching him cope with reality not matching up with the right wing propaganda he consumes. Bring the hashtags Dax, You're totally not melting down. Nope.

Nick . . . you guys keep focusing on the little victories because I didn't say the exact right thing while posting on tap a talk while on airplanes yesterday.

You will not touch the fact that Pedo Pete's and his kid were preparing to walk into court and use pro 2nd Amendment cases to spring Deadbeat Dad if  Merrick Garland's DOJ sought anything more than a slightly damp Nerfball plea deal.

You will not touch it.

Congrats to Pedo Pete, Deadbeat Dad and their legal team.  Locked-Cocked-and Ready to Rock (that's some #slowdug cosplay MAGABlaster 2000 lingo right there) to use pro 2nd Amendment cases against Pedo Pete's own DOJ

BTW pro gunners across the country were and are absolutely     the tactics that Deadbeat Dad's defense team were prepared to use, and they are  :excited: :excited: at the prospect of more pro gun court rulings in the near future.

Hunter Biden had plans to challenge the constitutionality of the gun prohibition for drug users as well, according to a May 31st report in The Times. The pretrial diversion agreement forestalls that potentially precedent-setting court fight so long as Hunter is able to abide by its conditions.

#blueanongE aka PurposelyObtusegE is absolutely  :curse: :curse: :curse: and in full #deflectocon mode (because as usual they weren't paying attention because they're too busy following Don and Ron's every move) once they were informed that Pedo Pete and family were preparing to send their legal team into court and get the entire gun case against Hunter tossed based on pro gun court rulings.

Could you imagine . . .

“His lawyers (Hunter Biden's), including the white-collar defense lawyer Christopher Clark, have argued that any charge against him would likely be thrown out after federal appeals courts rule on two major challenges that cite the Supreme Court decision as precedent.”

Imagine the son of the most (virtue signaling) gun control POTUS in modern American history standing tall with his lawyers as they argue that Federal gun laws are unconstitutional.

Hunter Biden’s legal team is invoking a Supreme Court decision his father has denounced as an affront to “common sense and the Constitution.”

This hits close to home. As a parent one of my biggest fears is my children and I will disagree on the merits of Supreme Court precedent.

all sons have to agree with their fathers on the merits of SC precedent, apparently.
