No but Venezuela has literal eff tons of crude in lake Maracaibo, but their capacity has gone way down over the past 20 years and they don’t have any refining capacity so maybe it won’t solve all of our problems but it definitely wouldn’t hurt.

We could pretty easily put a large dent in the demand side but I’m sure we won’t.

I listened to a podcast last week that touched on Venezuelan oil. They said that it is some type of “extra heavy crude “  that took a very special type of refinery to process and that most places can’t refine that.   :dunno:

What is the quality of the crude in these United States?

They also talked about Argentinan crude being sweet and how people get all confused/mad because we ship oil overseas but it’s because we don’t really use a lot of the kind of oil we pump because it’s not sweet enough or too sweet or something. Venezuela produces the kind of oil that takes specialized refining. It was pretty interesting.

I believe that was the Wolf Pack making the "too sweet" remarks.

When he stepped across the aisle on Obama care, he became beloved.

Bush is a bigger hero to that type of person than John Roberts and John McCain. Those two are hated by the right but the average liberal does not love them dax.

Since Joe was allegedly against it, and then all for it, even bragging about it . . .how cheap it was to do, how no American's got killed.  He can own it.

Joe Biden . . . once upon a time working hard towards "Bringing THEM to heel"

https://twitter.com/stillgray/status/1543701086929793024?s=20&t=v6EOsdE18_flsT55hOrIkQ

Walks hand in hand with the pre 2016 podium slamming and affirmation that people couldn't just jump over a river.

Having done drugs is not a crime, dax. Getting caught possessing them is. Hopefully we can all agree that the "War on Drugs" was a disaster.
