As many of you know, I am a scholar, a gentleman, and an appreciateur of the arts. I think they should spend a couple days in jail. But that soup can be cleaned off with little or no damage to the canvas. I trust the English curators and their teams to get the job done. Cheerio.

I agree that it's a productive form of protest. It does bring attention to their cause and there's no real harm caused to anyone or anything. However, I did love it when Bobby Wagner blew that dude up who stormed the field the other week on Thursday Night Football.

The difference is, Kaepernick just hurt some folks' feelings.  This stunt is potentially damaging to priceless works of art.
