I just bake them in olive oil, splash of vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Makes them very adaptable.

I just don’t understand why anyone would eat chicken breasts when thighs are available

At my store it's $1/lb more, plus all those bones you can't eat! That shouldn't count towards the weight!

Kiwi, underrated fruit
Gotta eat it with the skin on

agree it is good but weirds me out too much.

is golden kiwi common in kansas? i haven't lived there since the kiwi stage of my life. but golden kiwi is even better than regular kiwi.
Not available year round but sometimes. I don’t like it as much.

Don’t you think it’s odd the packages of kiwis include a plastic spoon?
Where did you get that overnight bag?

Getting them cooked, but not dry, when baking is a razors edge for me.

Not everyday, but 2-3 punches per week is a ground turkey burger with honey mustard.

Meat thermometer. I pull out smaller ones when they get to temp, leave the bigger ones in until they get to temp.

You're doing something wrong.  Boneless thighs should be $1/pound less than boneless breasts.

If I can find them, I'm in like sin.

Also, how is this the thing that this thread has become fixated on? Don't get me wrong, I love attention. Just confused.

I get that. I just don't want to be the dax of a rough ridin' food thread.

You're safe so long as you don't, in the face of mounting evidence, maintain that dry chicken breasts are actually good and that CHI-cken thighs have been committing atrocities for the past two decades that you never said a word about.

You forgot asking everyone to just admit that they only read random tweets by antibre and are multiple laps down when it comes to thighs and what they’ve been doing over the past half-century.
