What KK said.  I believe Manhattan is giving the lot to Back Nine contingent on a $40m investment in a multi-use development there.  The artist renderings look pretty cool.  There's a Mercury article out there if KK will post it.

I live on the west side of town. They've been pretty active. I also drive to Salina once a week for work and there are always helicopters in the air around the base which seems more frequent in the last couple of months. Maybe crosspost this in WW3 thread?

forgot aggiville brewing company should be open spring of next year. other location (old Briggs building)  they will take up most of that space and will have around a 300 person beer garden out that way as well. exciting times for craft beer peeps in mhk.

I haven't seen the article but assumed they plan to just do a massive reno on the building. Which i could also see never happening.
