Why won’t it get built?

They're supposed to build a $40 million dollar development. If they don't build the big job they end up having to pay a penalty of something like a couple million for a property that is already worth that? I suspect they'll just build one of their typical four story apartment buildings, pay the fine and call it good.

Oh man, memories from that place. Some shitty football player tried to fight me in those apartments because he wanted to eff my girlfriend. Also the only time I was offered drugs by a stranger was in there. That comprised my two visits inside. It was a sack of crap in 1996.

I looks like Brett Cale doesn't live there, is he prepared to take in the tenants when they get kicked out next week? Looking at those two photos, there's no way in hell it's gonna get fixed by then.

This helps.  Those guys were one of three groups of people I know that I had pak episodes with there, but I couldn't remember if they lived there or if they would come over to one of the other groups' place who might've lived there.

I vaguely remember the places being a little shittier than most shitty places we all lived in.  Lol at the differences in shittiness one lived in being determined by tens of dollars in rent price differences.
