yeah, this is my issue. I have constant sinus issues. Unfortunately, Little SF has them too. Constant runny nose, sneezing, etc. Mrs SF is currently locked away with Covid and I have my usual runny nose, etc. and I keep wondering if I have it. I tested negative the other day, but still can't figure out how in the hell she has it and I don't, so i'm just waiting for an additional symptom before I test again.

My wife had it back in the summer and neither I or our 3 kids ever got it.  And she had symptoms for 4 days before she quarantined.  I did a lot of research after she tested positive and transmission rates within families are actually a lot lower than you would think.

the only people I know got it all got it from being inside a family unit or with another family for a length of time in a similar setting.

Fair, but its still bonkers to me that she got it from someone she was close to and I didn't get it from sleeping right next to her for presumably 1-2 days. Maybe Mrs SF is "getting even closer" to someone than me sleeping next to her?

Zinc and Vitamin D if you don’t supplement with that in a multivitamin already.

Mostly just lazy. My "medicine cabinet," which is just a few bottles of things randomly strewn around, is pretty paltry.
