Libertarian socialist  :gocho:

This is always how I have described by beliefs, but the first time I've ever seen it somewhere else

libertarian socialist doesn't even make sense to me (although i'd rather be one than a goddamn social liberal).

I think you can have plenty of liberty in a society that gives everyone free health care.

It's just that anyone who currently brands themselves as "libertarian" in american politics is generally pretty gross and cringey when it comes to most things.

How do you answer "is corporate oppression more of a concern than gov oppression?"

I think gov oppression is worse, but in our society corporate oppression is much more concerning. Does the gov not being particularly oppressive to me at the moment have bearing on the question?

Or is corporate oppression a result of the gov allowing that oppression and actually a form of gov oppression?

Hmmm

yeah they're definitely linked in our case. I think I was neutral on that one.

i answered that one in the abstract.  but others, that seemed to reference a current condition, like should the wealthy pay more in taxes, i answered using the united states as the reference point.  so i dunno.

I answered them all as “in America, right now” so I answered strongly agree. But I don’t believe that for someone living in Saudi or Zimbabwe.
