Made an enormous double batch of beef enchiladas on Tuesday. I have eaten them everyday for lunch and dinner since. Lot of sour cream on top.

Made some chili cheese dogs for dinner on Monday (canned chili/bar s dogs). I had some leftover chili in the sauce pan in the fridge so I had chili cheese dogs for breakfast this morning.
