A fellow vaxxer I had lunch with last Wednesday tested positive yesterday and has some mild cold symptoms. I took a rapid and PCR test yesterday which both came back negative so that’s good! Another person at the same lunch also came back with a negative rapid test.

Per KFF complied from the CDC, of all known ethnicity of those receiving a single dose as of July 19th

Blacks trailed Whites by 12% in vaccination rate as broken down by demographic

Hispanics trailed by 7% as broken down by demographic

The good news is the gap is closing.

Sadly one cracker belt state has the 2nd largest vaccine gap black-white in the US trailing our most populated state by 1%. That huge state still has a 25% gap black-white vaccination rate as measured by demographic.

But them damn MAGA’s!

As of today, vaxxed people now have to wear masks at my non-techy office :(

My cousin works for Koch in Wichita and they've been fully in office since last June or something ridiculous. And you KNOW masks weren't required. Can any Kochcats confirm?

You should push your company to not let him into the brainstorm room without a negative test. If you have an HR department, flag it.

Also I wouldn't want to travel with him, like let him get his own rental

Recruiting team is part of HR & I helped get him hired here (he’s kicking ass). We hire Dentist remote for them. Not sure I can use the “I’m scared for my health & my families health” right now, after traveling to Florida twice, Colorado twice, & Arkansas twice in the last 2 years with this recent spike & his values.
