Not even a slam on trump here but he said the military would be mobilized to get this done.  The military is incredibly (and I mean next level) equipped to handle the logistics of this program.  Like, the US military machine is literally the best organization in human history at getting lots of stuff to lots of places at light speed.  I get that certain magas are going to balk at a uniform giving the chip but it seems we are wasting something that our biggest part of the fed budgets has perfected.  To not utilize that machine's complete and overwhelming effectiveness is insane imo.

It's a lot more important that hundreds of millions of doses get administered over the next few months than it is that the right people get those doses.

At this stage we have very few doses so it’s more important to be judicious.  It’s a pretty simple concept.

That doesn’t seem to Jive with what Phil is saying in regards to scarcity.

I mean we don't have enough doses to just open it up of course but it doesn't seem we are super efficient at getting the doses we have to the people we want to get it first ASAP based on the numbers.

I thought you said feb/mar basically anyone that wanted one could get one? At any rate I don’t think scarcity is the issue as Mr Carnes believes.  We haven’t even been able to administer 1/3rd of the doses we do already have.
