I'm kind of expecting the "who goes first" stuff with the vaccine to not get followed, anyway. As soon as everyone at the hospital has their vaccine, I'm thinking they will just take appointments on a first come, first serve basis.

Nobody is going to know when it's their turn and hospitals aren't going to go down some list to contact people, especially when half of the population doesn't even want it. It'll be a while before there's enough chips to get to the point you describe.The presentation link Silver shared considered infrastructure and mentioned that long term care facilities already have a good system in place to get residents vaccinated, which is another good reason to get them to the front of the line.
