Thanks, Phil. But I don't view rising numbers as immediately indicative of not being on top of it. It could be the exact opposite from a medical response perspective.
I've already told people that we're going to get locked down again if people don't change their habits. I personally believe that ADPH has done a very admirable job, changing mindsets of personal responsibility is a different story.
I can think of numerous reasons that the Montgomery area is seeing a spike that range from irresponsible personal behavior, to vectoring via converging Interstate corridors, to demographics, to the funnel impact of lacking acute care in rural areas - an issue which many states face etc. etc.
