So insurers didn’t know anything about the waiving copays for treatment, there was no cargo ban, how did he eff up so much of this just robotically reading it? Was the actual written speech all mumped up?

Most of his supporters have moved from "lol this is an overblown flu" to "here is an end of days scripture" without batting an eye towards his incompetence
