Chinese economic output grinding to a near standstill. So Chuck's talking point is pretty dumb, but you can't eliminate the possibility of sabotage by an outside source. But again, a massive idiot talking point to think the Chinese sabotaged themselves, relative economic prosperity essentially keeps Xi and friends in power.

I try to think of anything in life as consistent as dax and it doesn't exist.
