At 5k/day per hospital bed we are spending a fortune on preventable hospitalizations.  There really should be a stiff financial penalty for that.  Florida alone would be $70 million per day.

California runs its infection daily average over 10k, still has 19 million unvaccinated people but hey, they have a Dem (recalled) gub, so no worries
