LOL, the headline is pure TDS but the story is about highly conflicted LibDerp Top Gun Joe Biden

Will he the first president that needs a special counsel investigation on day one?

Ukraine is the tip of the spear.  The Bank Of China is where the real meat is at.

In other news, the Ukraine is trying to meet with the DOJ about both Biden and Clinton.

there's been some good buttigieg attacking over the last few days.  it's fun for me to see people try to make buttigieg supporters feel their choice isn't as socially accepted as they might wish it to be.

Sys made that point a few different ways and it’s a pretty fair one—especially in this cycle.

1. Tulsi - Like everything I've seen about her. She'd destroy the non-Bernie dorks in any debate.
2. Bernie w/ Tulsi as VP choice
3. Biden - Boring but may cure political drama and complaining a bit
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

I don’t know what hugging nukes is.

I agree about Mayor Pete's media coverage but this tweet is rough ridin' dumb. There are literally 17 visible faces between those two photos. A political rally is mostly white people? No crap? Who wouldn't draw a crowd looking like that at this point? Also worth noting that event, like events for all of the candidates now, are only going to draw people on the candidates mailing list, judging by the size and location of that one, it's likely that only donors got the notice. Acting like this was some open event in Houston's barrio and only gringos bothered to show up is intentionally deceptive.

Agreed. Fun factoid: I am one of the humans in this photograph. Where's Spracne?

i watched that she the people thing last night on 2x speed.  warren absolutely murdered it.  i really respect her, but i think her policies suck.  will really enjoy watching her during the debate.  i also like klob, but i don't think the audience did.  lol'd at people boo'ing bernie when he brought up marching with MLK - like, there's gotta be some well-known intersectionality backstory there that i'm not privy to.

i found harris insufferable.  she quoted maya angelou before she even sat down.  crowd was buying what she was selling though.

:opcat:
Oh hush.  She's free to quote whoever she wants, and it played to the audience, but maybe wait until the introductory applause dies down before conjuring Maya Angelou.

It reminded me of what's known in the wrestling business as "cheap heat."

That makes sense.

I got the feeling that she knows she has that stigma and was doing everything she could to go over the top the other way.  Felt like pandering, but like I mentioned, I wasn't her audience.
