He had to "sue" his bank in order to attempt to quash the subpoenas, in this case. There's really nothing particularly interesting or salacious about this story. You expect him to not attempt to resist?

The Draconian Obama Administration claimed the most transparent administration in history, they turned out to be the least transparent administration in history.

I recall the Secret Service had huge problems with who was running around the WH with security clearances during the previous administration, didn't hear much from LibDerp Nation (not to mention who was coming and going from the WH and not being logged, but I digress).
