I saw Dark Shadows.

It was garbage.

I am a fan of Vampires, comedy's, and Johnny Depp...but that plot was just too awful to overcome.  Very slow paced, and anticlimactic.

No, Werner, you didn't make this film for the victim's families, you made it for Michael Perry, who was executed.

the gray was pretty good

the movie with adam sandler and jennifer aniston was ok, for a romantic comedy.

MIB III at IMAX.

If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

What's everyone's thoughts on.....

The Grey?  Lots of people saying they enjoyed it but no one seems overwhelmed.

We Need To Talk About Kevin?  Never heard of it till about a day ago when I saw it on rotten tomatoes.  Anyone seen it?  Chick flick scary movie?  Head games movie?  Not sure what to think by comments and the brief plot.

Coriolanus?

Shame?

We bought a zoo?  Chick flick?

Basically trying to figure out what to watch tonight and I'm indecisive.  Any streetbox, hbogo, or ondemand movie recommendations welcome.

Black Swan, more like Blah Swan. I turned it off after the fourth time Natalie Portman tried to masturbate.

Win-Win

I just loved it.  What a nice story.  Paul Giamatti is terrific.

Bernie.  Better than "Weekend at Bernies".  Jack Black was fantastic.  Moves a little slow...was hoping for more dark comedy...not a lot of laughs or action, very "documentary" like.

Prometheus

Such a weird movie. A sci-fi thriller that doesn't have a lot of high intensity scenes and ends up playing out more like a drama. Very original. I liked it a lot (despite a few flaws) because it's so hard to do something original this day and age, but it did.

what did you think about madagascar 3?

I enjoyed it a great deal.  The Penguins play a prominent role in the show, which are my favorite characters.  The chips a close second.

I think they could have gotten rid of the entire french animal cop part, and not have missed a beat...detracted from the movie, IMO.

Here's what I like, that one penguin going around talking like Captain Kirk and monkeys doing awesome crap.  Give me more of both of those.  Also, less hippo...she is terrible, just awful.
