Is this thread about recent movies, or movies we've recently watched?

Just watched "There Will Be Blood" this weekend.  That flick is pretty awesome.  Daniel Day Lewis is incredible.

The Killer Inside Me

If you like seeing women(Jessica Alba & Kate Hudson) brutally and graphically beaten, then this flick is for you.

I watched"The Fan" with Patton Oswald last Thursday, it was ok.   I'm glad it didn't go where I thought it was going to go.

Also watched "The King's Speech" this weekend.  It was a good movie, but not great IMHO.  Geoffrey Rush was very good, HBC was so-so, and Colin Firth was good.  I will have to watch the Social Network soon I think.

not sure if you're asking if i work at cattlemen's steakhouse, or work near it.  neither, though.

i have not/probably won't watch the movie.  i hung around on the set for an afternoon and realized fairly quickly that it would suck.  i know a few people who were used as extras, but i still dgaf

Agree on King's Speech.

The Social Network was fantastic.  A very cool story and Eisenberg nailed it.

I had heard that was one of the locations.  Assumed it probably wasn't your office.

I wouldn't recommend it.  Affleck is pretty annoying with his narration and oversized cowboy hat.  Unless you're into seeing women getting destroyed, it's a pretty lame movie.

watched 2 movies last night

Diary of a Wimpy Kid - hilarious, lots of lol'ing

I Love You, Phillip Morris - really, really good.  Jim Carrey is undervalued as a somewhat serious actor.

most people only think of him as a goofy/silly actor.  he does really well in serious roles, also.

Watched "The Kings Speech"  over the weekend.  I liked it.  Then I realized if you cut out the stuttering and stammering it would probably be a 30 minute movie.

watched "the town" last night.  really good.

watched "due date" a few days ago.  pretty much a clone of "planes, trains, and automobiles" but less funny.

Watched "Hereafter" over the weekend.  Thought it kinda sucked but didn't hate it I guess.

Also watched "The Fighter".  Liked... didn't love but liked.

Watched "The Matrix" last night and forgot how much I loved it.
