I saw Longlegs last night. I'm afraid of saying anything that would hint at anything, but it's the best horror movie in years. There's only one or two things holding it back from being the first horror movie up for best picture since Silence of the Lambs.
Didn’t care for the third act but it’s very scary/creepy and well made!

handling the undead seemed like it was going to be pretty shitty but corrected course at the end, still wasn’t great / not sure I’d recommend but unique for zombie-adjace

Goddammit, I want to say something to discuss this but don't want to accidentally spoil it for someone. There used to be a font you could use in case of spoilers that would hide the text unless the reader placed the mouse over it. Is this no longer a thing?

I think Chignon did that with magic or something.

I've been watching SALTBURN in increments the last few evenings. Unsettling movie so far!

Watched the New Roadhouse and Ferrari on the plane. New RH was ridiculous but fun. Ferrari was just a bore the whole time other than that wreck that I legit lol’d when there were just arms laying everywhere.

Thank you.

We watched 'IF' last night and it was pretty bad. The emotional scenes at the end felt completely unearned. I didn't understand the stakes in any aspect of the movie. How did the IFs help the adults? What happened if they didn't? I still don't know why the dad was in the hospital. What lesson did the girl learn? Why was Ryan Reynolds so angry throughout? It was just not well done at all.

I cannot name a movie of his I enjoyed

Maybe that really old murder mystery with Anthony Hopkins.

I think he’s funny, very average looking, but as a leading guy. Stop forcing it

He's good in Drive (just broods the whole movie but is an excellent brooder), Nice Guys, and played his role well in Barbie.  I think I liked Half Nelson but I haven't seen it in forever.

I think he's a bit overrated but he has his moments.

Calling Baby Goose "average looking" is the wildest thing ever posted on this board.
