What's wild is that the part of Butch was written for Matt Dillon, and Nic Cage was listed as an alternate option. Either would have been fantastic. Also, Nic Cage and Johnny Depp appear all over the lists as alternatives. Too bad neither made it into the film. The part of Jules was written for Laurence Fishburn!

are there any good movies available to watch?  i’m looking for good movies, none of this art house bullshit that’s taken over this thread.  i’m on day three of covid and got plenty of time to burn but the top lists on itunes is atrocious.

i don’t suppose they made a commando 2

The Wonder. a netflix movie about an 1800s Irish child who hasn't eaten in 4 months so they bring in a nurse to observe her. weird plot and a very creepy vibe. but overall good. Florence Pugh is great.

I though of a new angle to put 'Nope' in perspective -  it would be M. Night Shyamalan's worst movie if he had made it.

it was a mystery based on a book set during the irish famine. ended up being pretty fascinating.
