Finally watched PB Falcon, fun movie. Wished it would've ended a little bit differently. Wasn't bad it just felt like it ended abruptly.

Yeah I loved PB Falcon. But you're right the ending wasn't great.  I wasn't upset that it ended abruptly but more so that it ended in a way that didn't make sense.  Like he had just locked her in the car before the wrestling match but now they're driving to Florida to take care of Zac together I guess?
Yeah.. it was almost like they had a time cap and were like welp.. this is how we gotta end it

there was a period where i was crying during movies a lot.  the spectacular now always choked me up near the end with Sutter's mom.

hell, i cried in the theater during gravity.  that was a wake up call.

Me too man.  When it ended I looked around the theater as people were getting up and leaving and noticed quite a few people wiping their eyes.

Not a movie but the most affected I've been and I really cried recently was during The New Pope (Season 2 of the Young Pope).

One of the best moments of television I've ever seen.  Incredible.

Midnight Special

Liked it.  I haven’t seen a Jeff Nichols movie I haven’t liked though.

Watched 'Enola Holmes' with the family a couple nights ago.  I liked it more than the kids I think.  It was unique how she talked to the camera and I overall just enjoyed it.

The Devil all the time on Netflix is a crazy ride and i recommend it. It reminds me of a tarantino movie with how it jumps around and the movie keeps you guessing. Also the movie is definitely not for young emaws as it is quite graphic and has a few things going on that i didn't necessarily sign up for but you could see where it was going anyway.

I'd give the movie a 6/7 popcorn buckets as it is weird as frick and tells a daunting story but the end is very satisfying.

High Flying Bird -- Documents an agent's struggle to end an NBA lockout over the course of a few days.  Directed by Steven Soderbergh and shot entirely by iPhone.

I would not recommend this movie.

My wife tried to get our family to watch this together and the pre-teen and teen were like thanks but no thanks.  I kinda wanted to see this too, so I was a bit disappointed.

The Comey Rule

p good, nothing in it that made me cry   :D   The guy that played Trump was good too although he is way less morbidly obese and his suits fit better.   5/7

Someone else on this board with Showtime! :surprise:

The Comey Rule was very good, the makeup person should win an emmy, the likenesses were uncanny. I thought it was going to be overhyped, but it delivered.

Brock, are you going to watch The Good Lord Bird?
