I'm much more likely to happy cry than sad cry at a movie.

I well up every single time Rudy runs out onto the field and his family is so happy.

Or like when Will Smith gets the job on Pursuit Of Happyness.

not a movie but no media has made me cry harder than Season 2 of Joe Pera Talks With You. I was straight up bawling.

Same. Also well up watching old Cats/Royals games, especially at big moments when the crowd is really going.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Bridge scene in Man on Fire. Waterworks.

“I love you Creasy, and you love me don’t you?”

Finally got to King of Staten Island and it was worth the watch.

Also, starting to go back and watch a lot of Disney/Pixar movies with lil wacky. Coco is by far my favorite these days. He likes the ones that have a lot of songs. Any pro tips would be appreciated. Aladdin still slaps. I remember loving Jungle Book as a kid, but it didn’t do it for me last night for some reason.

Big Fish kicks my ass every time  - dad movies in general tend to be able to get me

If you're a dad who cries you'll spend the better part of 2 hours crying while watching I Am Sam. It also has an amazing cast and soundtrack and might be one of the most underrated movies o.a.t.

Same. I get pretty teary eyed during football games when when a player I like is doing really well or even when some of my friends play really well during a concert.

The way back- pretty decent I guess
Winters bone- better than pretty decent. My god it is a perfect depiction of southern mo/norther ark. Really well done. Very nuanced.

Have any of you watched Uncut Gems a second time or have the urge to? If so how was the second viewing? After watching it the first time I said I'd never watch it again but hearing Blinding Lights five times a day, every day is making me reconsider watching this again.
I've put it on in the background while doing something a couple of times. It's still very intense. The ending scene still gets me.

I just watched this for the first time last night based on this exchange and yeah the ending is like  :sdeek:.   Not sure if I'm up for a second watch anytime soon.  Maybe in a few years.

Greg following a bunch of people talking about how much they cry during movies with a Coneheads shoutout was pure brilliance.

Thank you, the movie itself is brilliant and is probably my favorite lorne micheals produced movie. Tommy Boy and Hot rod are both very close behind. Waynes world is also great but the nostalgia value for Coneheads and Hot rod are probably what put those two ahead of WW and tommy boy.

I watched a movie recently but I can't remember the name.  A young african american woman whose mom was I think a journalist fell in love with this guy who was a journalist and I think he was doing a story on her father but she didn't know it at the time.  I fell asleep with about 30 min left but up to that point nothing really movie-ish had happened yet.

Finally watched PB Falcon, fun movie. Wished it would've ended a little bit differently. Wasn't bad it just felt like it ended abruptly.

Yeah I loved PB Falcon. But you're right the ending wasn't great.  I wasn't upset that it ended abruptly but more so that it ended in a way that didn't make sense.  Like he had just locked her in the car before the wrestling match but now they're driving to Florida to take care of Zac together I guess?
