El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie

Pretty good but not great resolution to Jesse's story.  There's too much Todd, both in terms of screen time and body mass.  What I'm saying is the dude got fat.

Jesse and Skyler running off to the Bahamas together at the end was quite unexpected.

That bone scene wasn't as hot as I imagined it would be

Like, it was a good ending to the Jessie character.
Or was it...?

I did not enjoy zombieland 2.  It was more of the same, which can be fine in some sequels, but it didn't seem as interesting 10 years of zombie crap later.

I enjoyed Zombieland 2. It may be because I don't watch zombie TV shows. Good laughs for me. Will watch again on Netflix.

The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie (1972) - 3/7 the "shock" value of a surreal plot-less movie has been pretty much eliminated over time. still, some funny scenes.

The Laundromat (2019) - 4/7 pretty scattered and unfocused but i like soderbergh even when he's at less than peak form

Song to Song (2017) - 4/7 pretty long and lacking the type of memorable scenes that made Tree of Life so great, but i still like malick even when he's at less than peak form

Airplane movies:
The Art of Self Defense - Very dry comedy, very good.
Godzilla - Fine I guess
John Wick 3 - Favorite JW yet
Toy Story 4 - Toy story snore!
Anna vs the Apocalypse - It was ok
Them That Follow - I enjoyed mostly because Walton Goggins got to basically reprise his Justified character

The Good Liar is a snore until you pay attention to the plot.  But what an ending!

I didn't think it was good. However, I was impressed with Daniel Craig's southern accent.
