finished that last night, I was already leaning that way and this reaffirmed it.  I didn't know about the spent shotgun shell until the doc.  Unless someone tampered with the scene, there is no earthly way that shell ejected to the opposite side of the room.

because kurt was a known drug user and "suicidal" per the media (who got their info from coutney). I mean why even bother investigating that? you know druggies kill themselves like all the time. just call it a suicide and move on. less paperwork, etc.
