Divergent was pretty meh. I really liked it from the start, but half way home they try too hard to shadow Hunger Games.

yeah finnicky is #1.

also, i watched bnb last night. the original. will watch breaking training later this week. will not watch the japan one. awful just awful. i mean, when chris barnes tells you thanks but no thanks when offered the role of tanner boyle for the third time then you just know the script and premise are horrible. what a dogcrap ending to that otherwise wonderful trilogy.

My wife rented it yesterday. I liked it more than I thought I would, but I agree with you. It sort of fell off the rails.

Saw the new Jack Ryan the other night. Pretty enjoyable action/spy thriller. Nothing groundbreaking, just enjoyable.

furthermore, i actually have pity and sadness for all the millenials that hold sandlot up as some kind of holy grail for kid baseball movies. i mean it's not horrible but you'd have to have crap for brains to think that it's anything more than some cheesy after school special when compared to bnb. dumbing down of america you say? obviously would be my response.
