I thought they were fun. The gun judo was kinda new and cool at the time the first one came out.  Sport coats stopping bullets is a bit much, but I still enjoy them.

Like, a monster movie will usually have a couple of crazy things going on and you just go along with it because it's fun. For example, the fact that Godzilla exists on Earth is a crazy thing that you just go along with.

Godzilla vs. Kong, though, is like a nonstop parade of wtf crazy crap. It's like they took all the crazy crap from three or four monster movies and crammed it into a single movie.

I liked the stuff with the three losers who accidentally went to Hong Kong in an Elon Musk tunnel to find Mechagodzilla better than the taking spaceships to Hollow Earth to get the radioactive axe stuff.

Just watched Robocop for the first time in a few decades.  I forgot how ridiculously over the top violent it is!  Still holds up though.

If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

It's like Patton Oswalt from Parks and Rec helped write the script.

Yep. It was great.

I also enjoyed King Kong punching Godzilla right in the jaw.

I don’t know what that movie is.

If you’re referring to my post it’s Deathproof/Grindhouse from Q. Tarantino.

I mean, if you've already looked into it, and you're still interested, I say go for it. It's about what you'd expect. Pretty silly and farcical, but with a little bit of heart. By no means a "good movie," but not bad as entertainment.

Yes, as I said, it's not a "good movie." There are worse ways _33 could spend 90 minutes though. If he is aware of the premise of the movie and the cast, and is still asking the question though, I will tepidly suggest he go for it.
