yes, and i kind of forgot about that line as i was watching so didn't realize i missed it. i will need to see it again unedited i believe.

I'm probably this blog's biggest Sam Mendes fan and was hoping to catch the limited release while I'm out in michigancatland for the week, but the only theater is an hour away so I think I'll wait until the wide release. Pretty big expectations tho...

Have always hated Adam Sandler movies, but Uncut Gems is quite the story of a compulsive gambler and the risks that go with it. Great acting by Kevin Garnett! Not a great movie, but it certainly is an engaging one.

Watching Raging Bull for the first time tonight. It’s so boring I’m pausing it to talk about how boring it is. How is this thing a “classic” and mentioned in the best movies of all time?

I enjoyed it, but I also wasn't trying to take it too seriously either. Love Ryan Reynolds and the idea of some secret underground squad who fake their own deaths for International justice.
