Because women rely on emotions and are less pragmatic than males....not sexist just overall one of the many differences in sexes. It is good to be different but some roles are better suited for a particular sex in general than others

Because no matter what, women simply lack the ability to dispassionately judge facts and use logic without involving their emotions in decision making.

O'Connor was terrible.
We have not had 1 truly conservative woman on the SCOTUS.
