With Fetterman taking the PA seat... if Warnock wins too (and I expect he will since the GOP is now demoralized and the GA fraud in Fulton County is in place)...... I think the filibuster could be at risk. All the Dems would need now to end it would be to convince only 1 of either Sinema or Manchin. With Democrats having overperformed (allegedly) in what should have been awful conditions for them.... one or both may give in to the pressure. If the filibuster falls and there is an unexpected Dem hold in house, you will have these things rammed down your throat in this order:
1) Quick statehood for DC and Puerto Rico and the seating of 4 new Dem Senators and 3 Dem House Reps.
2) 6 or 8 new Supreme Court Justices and equivalent expansion in most Federal Circuit Courts to match -- of which Biden will fill every seat with quick Senate approval.
3) The ability to quickly bypass lower level Federal Courts will be implemented so challenges to the new Democrat pushed laws below will be quickly be upheld without delay.
4) Passing and Signing of Bill that essentially Nationalizes elections, makes drop boxes legal in all states, mail in voting legal in all states, and restricts states greatly on enforcing voter id.
5) Passing and Signing of a Bill that completely blocks gerrymandering by the states OR allows the federal government or federal courts to draw congressional districts.
6) Passing and Signing of a Bill that enshrines abortion as a 'right' all the way up to birth.
7) Passing of a Bill that sets term limits and/or age limits on SCOTUS judges so that they can force Thomas, Alito, and Roberts off the courts quickly. Ironically, will be upheld by the SCOTUS with their new 6-8 Left Wing Activist peers along with Soto, Kagan, and Justice I_dont_know_what_a_woman_is.
8) Passing of a Bill that imposes new massive tax hikes on businesses. Will be marketed to the public as punishing the 'rich', but as usual, the super-rich Democrat donor class and their managerial drones will be protected while small businesses and the middle-class get hammered again.
We better pray the House doesn't fall OR that there are 1-2 other Dem Senators who save the filibuster. Because these actions above would be intolerable.
