Actually that area of NC is littered with million dollar plus "mountain homes"

My favorite part out of all of this is the "climate change" people, when history has told us that the area has been hit with a catastrophic flooding on multiple occasions over the last 150 plus years.  The difference of course was that there were a lot less people living in those areas, and of course the before mentioned "mountain homes" built by the transplanted rust beltian's who reside in Charlotte, RDU, and Chapel Hill, and of course the DC area government, lobbyist and contractor grifters who have invaded the beaches and mountains of NC as well over the years.

There was also a hurricane in the late 50's of the same name, that hit the same area of Florida with the same level of ferocity.

When have I declared that "Democrats" control the weather . . . unless you are trying to say quite literally scientific papers written by government agencies and the military about controlling the weather were somehow born out of  the Democratic Party.  I mean 

They literally wrote papers at the US Air Force Air War College (a former client of mine) about the USAF controlling the weather by 2025, and they literally had programs as far back as Vietnam that made it rain.
