Every tiny town in the US has at least one Catholic church, so it wouldn't really be that surprising if one or two of them get burned down tonight. There are a lot of pissed off people out there, and local police departments probably should patrol churches for a week or so.

if i were the catholic church i would be hyper-vigilant when it comes to any easily washable/paintable surfaces on their premises. The typical high value targets should be safe from any danger, but prepare for some sidewalks and possibly parking lots (just the blacktop not the cars parked there) to be graffiti'd af. Also, any cars that are already damaged (for example un-repaired dents, peeled away paint) i would expect high amounts of damage to those vehicles on or around the areas of existing damage. stay safe out there, folks.
