Tucker's racist insinuation (that she's not smart/qualified because she's a black woman) is not lost on me. That said, I WOULD like to know the LSAT scores of every Supreme Court justice, just out of my own morbid curiosity. However, I'd bet Tucker would get posterized if we did know. This woman went to Harvard (undergrad + law school), where she was a law review editor. She earned a clerkship at SCOTUS. I won't list all her other accomplishments, but the few I've mentioned are enough for me (as a member of the legal community) to say she must be smart as eff. Still, I would like to know whether I scored higher on the LSAT...

Yep. It’s really a joke. Similar to the bar exam, which lawyers often joke that if you pass by more than 1 or 2 questions you overstudied.

I'd bet my net worth she scored really well, and of course you are also correct that it doesn't matter. Also, Tucker is for sure insinuating that the only reason she has risen as high as she has is because she's a black woman. Tucker's also insinuating that she lacks merit but for the fact that she's a black woman. That is obviously messed up and wrong.
