Someone please tell me what is the Rudeboi gaining in all this? The chance to look like a complete buffoon in front of the entire nation just doesn't seem like that big of a draw to me.

Use the election results to determine which counties would be most interested and go on a barnstorming tour of those gross places holding meet and greets where he can sell autographs and photos with him. He could even personalize them with new famous/popular sayings from his legal efforts now.
The Hit King makes enough money doing that crap, and he just sits in the same spot in Vegas with people coming to him. Rudy would be going to the markets!
