It's kind of a weird deal.  I feel like fb has been pretty good about allowing misinformation to be posted on a regular basis without flagging it.  And now they want to move to a new platform, to avoid censorship, but most don't realize what an uncensored platform spirals into (see 4chan/8kun).

I think most will open up an account, there will be an incredibly low volume of activity and interest will dwindle.

Interesting if true, i did a quick search to figure out how they are making money at Parler.  It was a weird model that wasn't clear at all.
