"They" are using voter registration data to steer the hurricanes directly over the deeply red counties and avoid the blue ones.

But the Dems would still have to be impervious to the effects of wind/water in order to vote in the same locations to flip them though right?

It's a flawed theory and it's certainly not as strong as JFK coming back to be Trump's running mate.

As someone who isn't religious, I find the religious component to maga equally interesting as frustrating.  There is just so much Trump's Advocate to play here.

The way I look at it right now if Jesus himself was here he would be reviled by most "Christians" and Trump would be welcomed into their homes with open arms. It's disgusting how far from Jesus' teachings they have become if only to try and stop things like abortion or be so unaccepting of gay or transgendered people. All people I am pretty sure Jesus would be forgiving of or at least trying to sit at their table and be compassionate with.

The most (very public) Christlike figure I can think of recently is Pope Francis because he came on the scene emphasizing a message of love above rigid doctrine. He was pretty lambasted by (at least US) Catholics and Christians for not denouncing the gays.
