Dear Bob
« on: December 08, 2018, 04:33:05 PM »
I have been very pleased to see all the success’s you have had since we met in Iowa all those years ago.
As you know Kansas State is a very special place for all of us and launched a lot of our careers that allowed us all to build the wonderful lives we all enjoy today.  Bob I’m writing you today because the family program needs you and when a coach has all the money he could ever spend and has won at the highest level there comes a time when the right thing to do is give back.

With warm regards,
Coach

Dear Bob,

There’s a first time for everything. For me, this is the first time I’ve ever remotely liked dub-7. For you, it’s the first time in your life that you’ll throw caution to the wind, do what is right, and come home to be the head coach of Kansas State. I can’t wait to see how you make us wild wild again. I mean eff, you already have a house here, probably. Just do it. For Pete’s sake. (He needs it.)

Cordially,
SB

Dear Bob,

K-State beat the greatest Oklahoma team ever once for the championship.  With you at the helm, you could do it again.  Besides, you kind of owe us for '98, just sayin'.

Sincerely,
Stan your biggest fan.

Bob, if you respect Coach the way you say you do in interviews I’ll see you at Vanier Monday morning.

Bob, if you have any fuzz on those peaches you’ll sack up and accept a real coaching challenge.  Pick up the phone.

I happen to know for a fact that the guilt of costing us the guaranteed 98 title is eating him alive.  This is the only way to quiet the voices Bob.
