Just an incredibly zomglol way to start the game. For those who missed it:
1. Zuber muffs a fair catch on the kickoff. We start at the 2.
2. We get a delay of game before our first play. We start at the 1.
3. Two straight run plays that go nowhere. 3rd and 9 from the 2. Pass to a wide open Zuber who...slips. Also, awful pass. Time to punt.
4. Somehow our D holds them on their drive with incredibly good field position. They have 4th and 7. We have a substitution penalty for 12 men on the field or something. Announcer says some horseshit about how it's uncharacteristic of a LHC Bill Snyder coached team (even though we had a penalty before our first snap of the game.) So they get 4th and 2. We stuff them!
5. First play with the ball again, we launch the ball way downfield into double coverage. Pass interference on ISU. Boo birds go nuts.
6. 3rd and 6, and we throw a dink pass well behind the line of scrimmage to Zuber and it's snuffed out immediately for no gain.
This is vintage Farmageddon already.
