I'll take getting lucky
It was a good play!

I'd feel better if we'd had success running before now
20 of 21 plays have been runs to end the game!

Yes!

For the last 14 years, beating ku has kinda been like having sex with a dead body.

But this time, beating ku was like having sex with an unconscious body.

Great moral victory for KU tonight.  They're gonna think they'll be competing with us next year.

Nice senior night prime time game for the cats. Good win and good publicity for the program.

Just heard Tim say the 11 TDs Howard threw were the most in the four games in which he started.  Howard is a TD machine.

Klieman and his staff are about to back the brinks truck up to the KSU AD.

LL got a raise and over 300 million for improvements, what should Klieman ask for?

from your post to God’s ears. it was so much better this year snagging an unconscious pelt versus snagging another corpse pelt.  reminds me of my senior year in high school tbh.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

I think the assistants are going to get hefty raises.  Would imagine Klieman probably moves into the 6M per year range. Probably wins the battle to get more support staff too.

Can’t believe how good the D played in the second half, what a performance.

One damn game all year when they didn't lock down the opposition, I'm betting we'll avenge that

If I'm a KU fan, I'm livid at how Leipold handled that 4th quarter. That long ass drive when they showed absolutely no urgency, then the punt on the following drive was insane. Then after punt, he refused to use time outs as we ran the ball for 4 yards at a time. Someone needs to help me understand what the hell he was doing.

I mean up to that punt you reference we really hadn't shown we could run the ball consistently. When we did on the ensuing drive he gave up.

My theory is that he knew the only prayer they had of winning was to keep heavily utilizing Daniels in the run game and I think he might have been worried we were about to shatter him into a million pieces. And maybe he decided ya know I’m not quite ready to sacrifice my qb on the maybe 2% they’d pull it out

I almost wish I could have turned on Brian Hanni cold, so for the first minutes of listening I could live in the horror that KU was winning the game.  Only to get to a commercial break and hear the actual score.

I couldn't help but browse the game thread and there was someone legitimately saying that if they hadn't muffed the punt and blown a coverage and returned a kickoff out of the end zone and gotten the hold in the end zone they would have been ahead instead of down 23-7

Many K-State games could have been won if it weren’t for those pesky 4 to 7 plays.

So I get where they’re coming from
