i would also guess hw and w (in that order) as the least probable. but i really don't know enough about the geography and history of the term to guess on 18th and 19th century presidents.

I think HW is less likely than W. Between USAF, Alabama and Texas Natl Guard + baseball, I'd bet W did. I don't think he was a racist prick, but I'd bet he has used the word before.

like ever said it in any context? none for 100% certain. unless it wasn't a word when the super racisty old timey british presidents were president or something (I don't know the history of the word). also none for anyone that would run now ever.

context is a pretty rough ridin' important thing though. I will absolutely forgive Trump for including the hard N to the end of "IF YOU DON'T KNOW, NOW YOU KNOW". I won't forgive him for how he actually used it or how he does most other shitty human being things he does which are very gross.
