It went from deporter in chief to catch and release. Now it's substantial catch and release except for unaccompanied minors.

Look up ATD, 'alternative to detention'.

I don't think so. Today at a joint press appearance with the Japanese Prime Minister, Joe turned to Yoshi (the PM) and asked if he had any questions. That's definitely our Joe.
