Bernie at the last chance saloon tonight and he has to throw joe through those funny old west saloon doors and then stomp him out in the muddy thoroughfare.

your dude really needs to give up.

Old comfortable shoe is an apt metaphor.

It's also a stinking, fungus, wore out, old shoe that nobody really wants to wear.
Hot time in Kat town tonight.

Bernie is far too self important to drop out. He will go all the way to the convention if he can.

"We've eaten a lot of our seed corn here." Biden on stimulus. True and words that I really enjoy.

His most endearing quality is his idiom use.

Bernie just got Joe on super pac's. Both looking sharp tonight. Seen a few tweets about how not having live audiences has been amazing. Perhaps there is some truth to that.

Nothing like watching two old men passive aggressively argue with each other.

no idea what was asked or said, but "why don't people support you?" is a pretty tough question to answer well, imo.

Bernie should be prepared for that one, and I don't know why he has such a hard time with African Americans. Biden should just say, "look at your president,"

I'm going with the media crony's and say Biden matched George W Bush's '04 campaign as to avoid stuttering and mispronouncing words with complete sentences.  So Biden did good, but not for the reasons that count.

I find it snarky and insincere when people conclude that Bernie is the only good option on the basis that Biden and Trump are basically the same.

The #1 platform item this year, by far, is Beat Trump. I don't think nominating a guy that a lot of difference making voters have a distaste for is the best way to achieve that. (See Hillary Clinton, e.g.) Further, part of what difference making voters don't like about Bernie is HIS PLATFORM. It would be rough ridin' stupid as eff for Biden to adopt it.

Great timing on this take chum. Biden says he is adopting two progressive positions he's spent time arguing against, bankruptcy reform, and free college. It's cute that his campaign thought he could get away with saying he's adopting Elizabeth Warren's policies. Man is whoring himself out for an endorsement from a candidate with whom he fought against on her signature issue. He's every bit as cutthroat ambitious as Hillary Clinton was.

Yeah, that still seems unnecessarily risky to me. Especially free college. Seems like his campaign drew the line in the sand at m4a.

This debate was every bit the unmitigated disaster for Biden that literally everybody thought it would be. The lie and gaffe meter rough ridin' exploded. Post truth America is real, grats dems on adopting the "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" philosophy on presidential politics. This [redacted] tried to take credit for the Paris Climate Accord, lol.

Do you think it's risky because they are positions you don't support? There's a reason he's moved left on them and it isn't because he's suddenly had an epiphany. He may have a hard time reading polls, but the people telling him what to say don't have that same affliction.
