dax, is President Xi loves Biden one of the new talking points?  Are there any plans to dust off the Ukranian corruption talking points?

Kinda fun that VP will actually matter with Biden too, like does anyone at all believe he'd be able to finish a term?

Sys, how is biden/Abrams polling in swing states?

Joe was extremely corrupt in regard to the Ukraine.  Biden Inc benefits greatly from their corruption.

Having a president with close ties to China will be a nice bonus.  Normalizing relations with our biggest producer of goods will be beneficial to all of us.

I also think Biden will lesson the use of protectionist trade policies we've been using for some dumb reason. and hopefully he can slow the debt death spiral we've been flung into recently. it's incredible that we can, with certainty, rely on some Dem to better enact and execute on conservative fiscal policy.

Aren’t we signing trade deals with China?

Oh, and Joe ain’t gonna do crap about the debt.

Joe Biden, part of the woeful and failed “Asian Pivot” which allowed the Chinese to repeatedly windmill on the Obama administration at a level that left Vlad Putin in a state of rage filled jealousy and admiration.

Being in a good position with an economy as essential for the first time in years will benefit American businesses and create jobs.  Not sure if we can reduce the crippling debt but maybe?

I would bet Joe gets the deficit down to at maximum $750 billion. Probably less than that.

will also be interesting to see if Bloomy keeps stroking massive checks in support of Biden or just takes his solid gold and diamond encrusted ball and goes home

I don't know what Warren is up to, but she doesn't act like she's going anywhere. She said something about winning as many delegates as possible.

Yeah, all the totally not trump supporters on this blog have to be pretty impressed with how well the DNC cracked the whip. The rnc watched helplessly as trumpism slowly collected 30% in each state with the other 70% split between 5 identical options.

Bloomberg probably hurt Biden more than Warren hurt Sanders.

In the past week, Warren had been communicating to her team that there was a path with a brokered convention for her.  Maybe she actually believes that?  I can't imagine a path for her that doesn't include at least one candidate having a health emergency which is fairly plausible!

in it's current form the Ds are certainly showing to be the more pragmatic party
