Trump won Florida by less than 113,000 votes. Also Cubans aren't the Floridians turned off by a perceived cozy relationship with Castro's ideals.

Florida varies by election more than any other state due to high rates of relocation to and from. There are no trends there.

It was close! But both Gillum and Nelson underperformed their polling in a wave election. I am certainly open to being wrong!
